The Front & Center Program was designed for patients who desire enhanced access to Dr. Dan Rubin and a concierge-level experience within our practice. This program provides prioritized scheduling, direct communication pathways, and structured care coordination to ensure patients receive timely adjustments, close monitoring, and strategic oversight during active treatment or complex care phases.
Participants benefit from bypassing the standard scheduling and communication queue, allowing for expedited appointments, priority portal responses, and prioritized shipping of specialty testing and supplements. All tiers include formal protocol updates when medically necessary — even outside of a scheduled visit — ensuring treatment plans remain aligned with evolving laboratory findings, imaging results, or changes in oncology therapy.
Each tier offers varying levels of direct physician access, including secure text communication and, in the highest tier, direct phone access. Patients also receive weekly check-ins with a dedicated Concierge Coordinator to maintain continuity, accountability, and streamlined support.
